This family business with a royal warrant, began making its iconic jam in 1885 has expanded into multiple businesses such as baking, spirits, and its own tea rooms across the county.

Their world-famous jams and marmalades are made in their artisan factory in the village of Tiptree, Essex where it has its own 850 acre fruit farm, growing crops including raspberries, cherries, mulberries, and has has over a million strawberries plants (including its own unique variety known as ‘Little Scarlet’).

Tiptree has had enormous retail success in the past in a range of product categories in addition to its core product of preserves. It is a truly renowned and loved quintessentially
